On his last day at Microsoft, this Microsoft employee wrote a very interesting email to his colleagues. The email contains great advices and insights. I asked my colleagues in my company to translate the English into Japanese, so that we can share it in the office. I learned about this email in the Tim O'Reilly's tweet.
